I’ve done a few more articles on this topic, but I have a feeling that this article will be too much for us to care about. If you think about it, it makes sense. I am a person who lives on autopilot. I have to have a certain routine in my day to day lives that I do not even realize I am doing. I feel like my habits are automatic and so I feel like I can just do whatever I want whenever I want. I don’t really have to think about it, but I do. I feel like I have to exercise. I am on autopilot.
The problem with autopilot is that it makes it very easy to forget that we are doing anything we do. It can get pretty easy to lose yourself in your own stuff. You might have the same thing from your parents, but your parents do not have to feel like they have to exercise.
