I really love the fact that I spend a lot less time on my phone or on my computer than on my laptop, so I may as well put that into perspective.
I’m talking about people who are tall. I’m talking about people who are also overweight. I’m talking about people who are also overweight and tall. If you’re tall, you don’t actually need to be heavier. You just need to be proportionally taller. And if you’re overweight, you just need proportionally more energy (or whatever it is you need).
I have a friend who is a little taller than me. I think this is a common misconception. People that are taller than me, for instance, are almost always on a diet. So they are eating more calories than theyre exercising, or they are eating more calories than theyre exercising.
