They are not just a doctor here to help people, but they have the ability to think. They have the ability to do things that would normally be dangerous to do. They are the ultimate “bad guy,” at least to most people.
They are a lot more likely to have a gun than any doctor I’ve met, but you can probably get away with using your hands just fine. The most dangerous thing about them is the fact that they are extremely good at kissing.
