I’m a big believer in the value of a good nutrition beverage. I think it’s a healthy way to stay awake. I drink them throughout the day, especially during the later part of the day, when my body is most prone to being hung-over or feeling sluggish.

The amount of protein and energy you get from it is so good that you can actually eat it for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. When I’m not doing any work, I can usually do my best to stay up, do my best to keep my head up and my heart pounding, and do my best not to be too busy with work and family.

You may think that if we all just eat one healthy meal a day, then we all get to live better, but we all have a lot of choices! We are all programmed to have the most nutrients. So why should we not get the best of all of this? If we don’t, we will be eating more food.
Well, we have to drink water, and eat, and exercise, and eat, and exercise. We are all on our bodies for a while. We have to exercise. We have to eat. We have to have good choices, and we have to have good options.
It’s true. There are dozens of foods we can choose from and that are good for us, but there are so many choices. We need to eat and drink what we like, and there are many different ways of eating and drinking. It’s not necessary to eat an apple just because that’s the one apple you can buy in the store. We have to consider other things with the apple.
