Miami is a prime example of an area where the police are lazy. When they aren’t, they take their time and it is often at the expense of your life. Many crimes are committed in order to get the police to pay attention. They don’t care, they just want to take your money like they are doing for themselves.
I just hope that when you go back to Miami to catch your plane to Florida, you get all charged up and ready to go. That way you don’t have to worry about paying or getting charged.
