I am not a “c4 energy drink” person. I am a drinker, and I have tried many over the years and have never found a drink that I can honestly say I won’t drink again. I have tried many of the other energy drinks, and even some of the sports drinks.
I’ve always found energy drinks to be a waste of money. They are just as addictive as regular soda, and most are made with sugar and empty calories. If you’re one of the people who are not sure about c4, you should really try it. I’m not saying it’s a bad drink at all, it’s just that I think a lot of people will have similar reactions to it.
I think that c4 is really bad for you. It’s a problem because when you drink energy drinks, you tend to eat the sugar inside them. That’s a bad habit. If you eat the sugar, you end up having more than the sugar, and thus ingesting more calories than you need to maintain your weight. And that’s bad enough.
This is why I don’t drink energy drinks. I think that I probably only eat about 1,000 calories a day, and I don’t have to worry about my weight. Thats a problem, and it is not just one of c4’s issues.
Thats a problem because, as you probably know, c4s sugar content is over 50% of the calories in the drink (and there is some controversy about the actual content of the drinks as well). Thats a big problem, because it can cause you to gain weight even when you dont drink the energy drink. And you can put that aside for a second and think about how many calories you actually need per day.
I have a strong suspicion that c4 energy drinks contain a lot of things that are good for you that aren’t actually good for you. In fact, it seems that the sugar content is probably a lot higher than what I have been led to believe, so there is a chance c4 energy drinks are bad for you. In the end though, I would like to see a study done that really looks at the actual benefits of c4s.
C4 energy drinks are marketed as being “clean,” so it is impossible to tell whether this is the case, but they sure look like they are. The first problem with this is that studies show that caffeine has a variety of health benefits, including weight loss, increased circulation, and reduced blood pressure. Yet there is actually no proof that c4 energy drinks are bad for you, it is just a marketing ploy.
Caffeine does have some health benefits, but it also has an adverse effect on our brain when consumed in excess. In fact, excess caffeine consumption leads to increased appetite and therefore more caloric intake, which would definitely contribute to weight gain. Some studies even show that caffeine consumption can actually increase the risk of certain cancers and heart disease.
The truth is that for all we know, c4 energy drinks could be good for you. But no one really knows for sure because the companies behind it aren’t exactly willing to share the data. They may be afraid that if they do they will be criticized for not being transparent enough. But I can’t help but feel that they could very well be right.
