Hygge is an ancient word, which literally means “harmony.” It’s also a German word, which means “good,” but I think it’s more often used to describe things like “good chemistry.
Hygge is a state of being where the mind is at one with the body, and the body is at one with the universe. It’s the most primal of states of being, and it’s where we are in every moment of our life.
The idea behind Hygge is that we should strive to get more of it in our lives, so we can start to feel more at home, more balanced, and feel more at peace. Hyge is a process of getting more of your true self into your body, mind, and relationships.
I don’t know about you, but that sounds way too simple to me. There are dozens of things that go into hygge, so it’s really hard to say what is necessary and what is not. I think the general idea is to try to get more of yourself in the things that you do, and less of yourself in the things you don’t. There are a lot of ways to accomplish this, and I think you can find some good ones here.
Hygge is a process that happens over time, but it is not a destination. After awhile, the more we use hygge, the more we have to do to stay in it. For example, hygge is not a place. It is not an end state. It is a process.
I think the best way to get started with hygge is to get into nature, and then come back and keep hygge. It doesn’t matter which is harder, it just depends on the person. The first step is to get out of our heads and into the natural world and then get back in your heads. I think there are a couple of ways to do this. The first is by doing things that you don’t normally do. There are tons of opportunities to do this.
One way that I have personally found to help get out of my head and into the natural world is to go to nature walks. I used to go to the beach every day and do nothing but sit and watch the ocean, listen to the waves, and do nothing but go to the sand. My friends and I would take the sand trail and get out of the house to have a good time and walk through the woods. The forest is full of beautiful and interesting things.
When I do this I usually take a day or two before I have to go back to work and then I feel like it’s ready for me. I can’t believe I’ve only been doing this for a year, but I’m sure it will get much easier. I know it looks like a lot but getting my outdoor hobbies back is something that has been a struggle for me for a long time. I don’t mean that I haven’t been taking advantage of all the amazing places that the outdoors have to offer, I’m talking about the outdoors I use to take my mind off of work. I’ve been spending a lot more time in the woods and less time in my office.
