It’s important to know how to stay focused, and that includes knowing how to use your energy.
We are all different so having a general rule of thumb is helpful. The best way to stay focused is to know what you need and how you can use it most efficiently. Once you know your energy needs, you can then make sure you’re using it in the best possible way.

So when we say for your energy to be more than you need, we are really talking about your personal habits. Do you take a shower every night before bed? Do you eat breakfast every day? Are you always on the move? If you’re doing this, you probably need to be more focused.

If you do find yourself on the move a lot, you may want to consider a few things to get you started on the path to greater energy awareness.
