When you’re looking at it from the “bones” perspective, we’re talking about the bones that support our entire body. These bones are made up of several different elements. There are bones, ligaments, tendons, muscles, cartilage, and cartilage. When you look at your skeleton, you are trying to tell your body what it needs.
