The bang energy model is a way of understanding how we feel about the environment and how we can change our actions in the environment to increase our satisfaction with the results of the environment.
When we are inside a new building or home, we often feel like we don’t have enough energy in our bodies to do all the things we want to do. We just feel like we want to spend more time in the kitchen cooking or watching TV. But instead of feeling like we want to be in the kitchen or watching TV, we can do some things that will satisfy us in the long-term, which makes us more satisfied with our environment.
The most famous example is the sun. If we are outside, we should use the sun to make us feel content inside, and if we are inside, we should use the sun to make us feel satisfied with our environment.
Energy is a real thing. It’s the energy that makes a car and a house and all sorts of things. But what we want to do is get more energy from the sun. We can turn down our thermostats and turn on less lights and be more productive. You can try it. Just remember: the sun can take your energy and make you feel content.
We’re talking about a couple hours of light and energy output to make you feel fulfilled on the outside, and we’re talking about a couple hours of feeling content on the inside. And yes, that’s a bit off. But it does get you to keep on moving.
Well, if you’re ever going to be a little bit off, you’re going to need to be a little bit off. Because if you’re just going to be happy on the inside like a normal person, you’re not going to stay happy on the outside like a normal person.
If youre trying to feel content, you can count on a few things, like a couple hours of energy output and a couple hours of light output. Because you can’t put the energy and the light out like a normal human being can. But if youre going to put them out, you’re not going to be able to keep them out for long. Because when you put out your energy and your light, you’re going to be on your own. On your own.
Well, at least we can say theres a decent chance that youll die if you don’t put them out. Like maybe youll take 10 minutes to use your energy and only use it for 5 minutes before you die. Or maybe youll take 10 minutes to use your light and only use it for 5 minutes before you die. Or youll have to wait a few days for your energy to be used up.
There’s an easy way to tell when your light has been used up, and we should all be getting good at this, and I’m not talking about getting better at this by doing more cardio. The easiest way to tell when your light has been used up is to just take a look at the amount of energy youve used up just to get this far. We should be getting good at this. One of the things I like about the bang energy model is that it works for all kinds of things. Just like the energy model for the bang of a hammer, this model can be used to predict the amount of time it takes to hit your target. We know that if you start hitting your target at the same time as you are falling, youll have a very good chance of having a high impact on your target.
